The Mississippi & Skuna Valley Railroad was incorporated on June 1st, 1925 and extends 22 miles from a connection with the Grenada Railway (formerly Canadian National) at Bruce Junction in Coffeeville, MS to serve a hardwood mill in Bruce, MS.
Operations ceased on the line on April 17, 2008. In November 2011, MSV filed a petition for abandonment.
